Shipping Methods

CTT Registered Ensures that your order is delivered securely and with trackability. This method offers several advantages for a smoother shopping experience:

Real-Time Tracking: Track your order from shipment to final delivery, with a unique tracking code sent via email as soon as the order is dispatched.

Secure Delivery: The CTT Registered shipping method requires a signature upon delivery, ensuring the order is received by the correct recipient.

Reliable Delivery Time: In mainland Portugal, deliveries typically occur within 1 to 3 business days, while for the islands, the time frame may range from 3 to 7 business days.

DPD Pickup Point

Choose convenience! Receive your order at the nearest DPD pickup point. Fast, secure, and practical, so you can pick up your order at a time that suits you best.

Shipping Times

Domestic Shipments – We ship your purchases to the entire national territory with delivery times of up to 6 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipments – We ship to other European Union countries; delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination.

All national and international orders have a tracking code.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the weight of the order and your location. For orders over €75, shipping is free (please check the applicable conditions at checkout).

Delivery Policy

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking code so you can monitor the delivery. If any issues or delays arise, our customer support team will be available to assist you.
